Right to Refuse Service

As the owner of this business, I have the right to refuse service at my sole discretion. This may be opting to not accept a referral, from either self-referral or from other professional, and for therapy and/or assessment. If in my professional judgement I feel my skillset and training is not appropriate to work with you, I will inform you of this and refer you to another therapist who may better suit your needs. You do not need to agree to my reason for referral. Braypsych is also not held accountable for any recommendations given and these should be considered ‘suggested recommendations’. If you are booked to engage in a service with Braypsych, you are not able to transfer that service to someone else and if there are conflicts of interest I may be unable to see you.

If you engage in or threaten violence either verbally, in written form, or physically, I reserve the right to terminate you immediately from any services that you are engaged in. If I offer you referrals to another service, I am unable to guarantee that they will accept you.
