Hi, I’m Nikki Bray (she/her)

I am a Clinical Psychologist working in private practice on the Gold Coast. I like to describe myself as an enthusiastic, compassionate and warm therapist. My values are empowerment, self-advocacy, and authenticity. I place great emphasis on developing meaningful relationships with clients to provide a safe space to empower clients to improve their wellbeing through evidence-based treatments.

I am a neurodiversity affirming clinician and take a strength and interests based approach with the aim to understand my client’s needs from their perspective and life experiences. I use a neurotype/identity model instead of medical/disorder model and I aim to understand and respect neurodivergent communication styles.

Outside of work, I love hanging out with my husband, daughter (human) and son (Pip the Cavoodle). I enjoy swimming, reading, napping, and eating good food. I can’t live without coffee and chocolate.
