Therapy Fees & Rebates
I offer individual therapy sessions to adults (18+).
Sessions are available in-person (Southport, Gold Coast) and via telehealth (videoconferencing).
I provide clinical services for:
Midlife changes (Focusing on the unique aspects of midlife changes and menopause for women's mental health e.g. perimenopausal depression and anxiety, stress and burnout, sleep and insomnia, increased alcohol use)
Insomnia (Difficulties falling asleep, frequent awakenings and hard to get back to sleep, early morning awakenings or difficulties getting out of bed, fatigue during the day, reduced mood or loss of interest, sleep related anxiety or frustration. Using CBTi)
Supporting neurodivergent individuals (Adjustment to diagnosis, autistic burnout management, Sensory needs management, communication preferences and styles, executive function, self-advocacy skills, co-morbid depression, anxiety and health conditions i.e Hypermobility spectrum disorders/Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic pain)
Anxiety (social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic attacks, phobia)

* please note I do not take on clients who have pending or in progress legal matters e.g. family court, work cover, NDIS tribunal cases etc.
Sessions are with the client only and not with significant others (e.g partner, family, children).
I primarily utilise Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy Informed (DBT-informed), Schema therapy, and Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT).
Standard Consultation (In person and telehealth)
50-minute therapy session - $250 *
* A Medicare Rebate of $141.85 may apply if a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is provided by your GP or psychiatrist, which means an out-of-pocket fee of $108.15. Under the Medicare scheme, clients can access 10 rebated sessions per calendar year.
If you have private health insurance, please contact your insurer to check if you are eligible to claim rebates and how much you are entitled to.
No referral is required if you are not accessing Medicare rebates, or if you are using private health.
